This was very much needed in my day β€”- because, even if we know this in our minds, the body often has a habitual default pattern of becoming frenetic when triggered by stressors. This is true for me at least so, I can use all the reminders I can get and especially from people like you who are walking their talk. I appreciate how you share from a place of authenticity Todd.
